At IYIFX, our goal is to ensure that our customers are satisfied with our services. However, given the nature of the services that we provide, we do not offer a return policy for the funds transferred or traded on our platform.

NO REFUND POLICY

We operate a no refund policy. All services provided by IYIFX, including but not limited to information services, are non-refundable after payment has been made. By opening an account with IYIFX, the client acknowledges and agrees to this policy.

DISPUTES

Any disputes regarding transactions must be reported to IYIFX within 24 hours of the transaction. After that period, we will not be able to assist with any disputes. All dispute notifications should be sent to our Customer Support team.
